1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tg7 ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the tg7 website located at tg7.one and any associated mobile or web applications.
1.2 By completing the tg7 registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and the tg7 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.4 tg7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the tg7 platform. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. tg7 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the tg7 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tg7 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tg7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Employee Exclusion. Current employees, contractors, directors, and officers of tg7, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to open a player account or participate in any games or promotions on the Platform.
2.5 Verification. tg7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
3.1 To access the full features of the tg7 platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
3.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. tg7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify tg7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4 tg7 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from tg7 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.5 tg7 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
4.1 All deposits and transactions on the tg7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.2 tg7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
4.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. tg7 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your tg7 account upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. tg7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues.
4.5 You confirm that all funds deposited into your tg7 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. tg7 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and to request supporting documentation at any time.
4.6 tg7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. tg7 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via an alternative method where necessary.
5.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tg7 may request a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.
5.3 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.4 tg7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the applicable bonus terms for specific conditions.
5.6 In the event of account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
6.1 tg7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 tg7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, tg7 will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.5 tg7 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.1 All games available on the tg7 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
7.2 Game outcomes on tg7 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. tg7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tg7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. tg7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control .
7.4 The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the individual game information panels. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by standard rules of the respective card or table game.
7.5 tg7 reserves the right to suspend any game at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason. Where a game is suspended mid-round, tg7 will endeavor to resolve the round or void it and return the wager.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
8.2 tg7 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tg7 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and void any winnings pending investigation, without prior notice.
9.1 All content on the tg7 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of tg7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tg7 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tg7 content.
9.3 The tg7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tg7. You may not use any tg7 trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 tg7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 tg7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tg7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 tg7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:
11.2 You may request the closure of your tg7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, tg7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance.
12.1 tg7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings.
12.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your tg7 account, or to contact our support team to request exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will prevent access to your account for the duration you specify.
12.3 tg7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
13.1 tg7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tg7.one/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 tg7 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
14.1 tg7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tg7 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the tg7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg7 platform shall first be submitted to tg7's customer support team for informal resolution. tg7 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 tg7 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where applicable, regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
